Molly Clemens

Molly Clemens is a PhD student of Ecology in the joint doctoral program with SDSU and UC Davis studying climate change effects on vineyards in California, Mexico, and Italy. Her background is plant genetics where she worked as a Fulbright Fellow in Melbourne, Australia.  She is particularly interested in the effects of rising carbon dioxide levels and temperature on the phenology of grapevines. Molly strongly believes the current research in Viticulture and Enology can help mitigate the adverse effects of climate change, especially the novel engineering in stress resistance
